If you’ve experienced some downtime or saw that some part of RCMS Pro was down then it was due to our server being upgraded. Recently we were having some issues with the hardware and our hosting provider needed to move our account in a different fresh server. During this move couple of customers website was down since you didn’t update your website with the latest version of the product you are running (e.g. RGameScript).

For example many of you were using the encoded files which had extreme license validation code in it. So since you didn’t replace the .php files with the non encoded ones, your website were down since the validation server itself was down. So I highly recommend that as soon as you get the chance download the latest version of the script you are running, and replace just the .php files.

In addition to this RCMS Pro also has disappointing news. We’ve decided to let www.getmyonlinename.com handle all sorts of web hosting and domain registrations. So those who are currently hosted by RCMS Pro needs to move to a different web hosting provider. More information regarding this issue has been sent to the current hosted customers.
